サザエさんシンドローム
こんばんは。サザエさんシンドロームが悪化しつつあるurakibiです。
サザエさんシンドロームとは（メンタルヘルス健康ガイドより）
日曜日の夕方「サザエさん」を見ていると
「あ～ 休みが終わっちゃう～。。。」などと考え、
気分が落ち込み、うつに似た状態になったり、ひどい場合は頭痛やめまいなどの症状が現れ、体調がおかしくなってしまうことを言います。
◎特にこんな人は注意してください！
仕事以外に趣味がない。休日に遊びに出かける事が少なく、友人がいない一人暮らしの女性に多い。
え？私？ 仕事以外にアクアという立派な趣味がありますが？
そりゃ、ひきこもり気味ですけど、遊びにいくこともありますよ？
近くに友人はいませんが、一人暮らしではないですよ？
ってことで、誰でもサザエさんシンドロームになります!!（断定）
無意識に症状が出ている人も多いのでは？
月曜日の出社が憂鬱ってことは、仕事や会社が嫌ってことですよね。
休日に趣味で発散しようが、友達と楽しく遊ぼうが、職場が嫌ならサザエさんシンドローム予備群なんです。
会社や人間関係を簡単には変えられないと思いますが、ちょっとでも月曜日を楽しくむかえたいですね。
urakibi的対策としては、
1.週末に仕事を残さない。
基本ですけどぉ～＾＾。
嫌な仕事であればあるほど、月曜日が嫌になっちゃいます。
多少残業しても、終わらせます（サービス残業ですよ～）
2.休日に仕事の事を考えない。
考えないって言っても、考えちゃうこともありますが、
楽しい事をして、おいしい物を食べると、その間は忘れている!
3.週末に起こったトラブルは、極力誰かに相談する。
一人で解決しないといけない事だとしても、
誰かに相談することで、休日に悶々とせずに済みます。
もしかしたら、その場で解決！？なんてラッキ－な事もあるかも♪
家に持ち帰って、家族や友人に話したところで、
根本的なアドバイスはもらえないと思います。
他力本願でもいいじゃ～ないですか。
どんどん人の力を借りましょう＾＾
4.月曜日にお楽しみを作る。
私の場合は、ランチにデザート（コンビニのプリン）を食べれる♪
と思うだけで気分が違います。（自分も食べ物で釣ってますw）
ただし、体重が増加する危険性あり(▼ω▼)
5.月曜日に休みをとる。
突然の病欠は、周囲に迷惑をかけることになりますが、
前もって段取りしてなら、全然OKだと思います。
無理をしちゃ～いけません。
本当に自分を守れるのは、自分しかいません。
しんどい時はゆっくり休養をとりましょう。
※個人的な所感です。医学的に根拠はありません。
前の職場がとても苦痛で、月曜朝の電車の中で、
倒れそうになったことがあります。
その時は3日後に退職させてもらいました。
ちなみに、日曜日が公休じゃない人の場合は「サザエさんシンドローム」とは言わないんでしょうか。
「関口宏の東京フレンドパーク2 症候群」とか「クイズ！ヘキサゴン シンドローム」とか「TVチャンピオン シンドローム」とか・・・？？
あ～今日も前振り長くなっちゃった。（前振りだったのか!?
メイン水槽ですが溶岩石を入れてから、
コリドラスがよく上にのって遊んでいます。
彼らは以外に不安定な所が好きなようです。
自分の限界を試しているとしか思えなーい(ﾟ∇ﾟ ;)

僕は小学校の頃はサザエさんシンドロームでしたよｗｗｗ
最近は見ていないので大丈夫です。
今日は大学の卒業式で、その後友人たちと飲みすぎて頭が痛いです。。。
あ、アベさんに餌あげなきゃ・・・

私も22ぐらいの時が一番良く飲んでたな～（と遠い目する・・・
一度酔いつぶれてから、怖くて無茶できなくなりましたけど（笑

結構お仕事がハードなんでしょうか？あまり無理せずに回りに甘えて、ご自分の負担にならないようにできるといいですね。
落ちそうなコリが可愛くてたまりません〜！溶岩石いれたら載るのか…そうか…可愛いなぁ…

懐かしいですね。
僕も社会に出たばかりの時はそうだった思い出があります。
田舎から上京して間もない頃なんかは、ひどかったぁ・・・。
一人暮らしの侘しさですかね？
今は、すっかりありませんが・・・。
いつの間に無くなったのかなぁ？

こんばんは！体力的には全く辛くはないんですが、
頭の中の計画通りにいかない事が
ストレスになっています。
深く考えないようにすると、楽なんですけどね。
写真なんでわからないんですが、ユ～ラユラしてて
本当に遊んでるって感じなんです。
砂地では、体験したことない感覚だから、きっと
楽しいんでしょうね。
石について、わかる範囲ですが記事にしてみました。

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement?
