　健康診断だけだと何とも言えませんが、素麺は炭水化物で、ブドウ糖として取り込まれるので、３食以外に食べちゃうと一緒かと思われます。
　決してグルメな豪遊が血糖を上げているわけではないので、きちんとした食事の時間と量、あとは運動などで消費させればいいのではないかと思います。食べ過ぎたとしても、消費させれば問題ないわけですね・・・・・それが辛いのですがｗ
　血糖が高めというだけではなんとも言えませんが、自覚症状が出る前に注意していたほうがいいでしょうね☆ъ(*ﾟｰ^)＞ ﾊﾟﾁﾝｯ♪
