頭痛アバヨ！
頭痛は歯が痛むせいだと思い込んだあたしはソッコー歯医者に
いったのだが、治療の翌日またしても頭痛ヤローに襲われた。
すこーし吐き気もあったので、お気に入りの（？）内科に行ってみた。
症状を聞いた先生はいつもの調子でひと言、
｢こりゃー肩コチコチでガンガンちゃんですわ～♪｣
は？
｢あ。筋緊張性頭痛でっす。いわゆる肩こり頭痛よ♪｣
（この医者何故かいつも嬉しそう）
｢漢方のお薬と、筋肉をゆるめるお薬と、肩にゴリゴリ塗るったる薬でいいかな～ｗ
ちょっと多めに出しとくね♪｣
陽気なカマトークは別にして、この医者の診断は確実で
薬が効かなかったことはないから、あたしはとにかく信頼している。
ただ帰り際に聞いたひと言が・・・・・
｢筋肉をゆるめるお薬は、たま～にアソコがゆるくなりすぎて
漏れちゃう人がいるから、そうなったら飲むの加減してね♥｣
水槽のほうは遊んる。ネイチャーじゃない。でもいい。
レイアウトを作り始めた時のイメージは｢トトロの森｣
だから・・・・・・・・・・。

頭痛の原因はっきりしてよかったですね♪
しかし筋肉弛緩剤はナイと思うんですけど・・
インドメタシン系軟膏薬が僕には合う様で、肩こり筋肉痛はみんなこの薬です。
早く楽になるといいですね。

"フェルビナク"がはいっている医療用の薬でした。
原因がわかってホッとしています。

たまに変な痛みがあるので、病院にいくと
緊張性ですねぇと言われます。。
薬はなんかツ○ラの漢方もらいますけど。^^ゞ

テルネリンですかね…私はこれにプラス、ロキソニンとムコスタを毎日服用しています。
筋緊張性頭痛は肩こりだけで片付けられない怖いものです。体質的に筋肉が緊張しやすいとか、ストレスとか疲労などが原因です。
まだ頭痛しか症状があらわれていないようですが筋肉というとどうしても肩や腕や首などの筋肉を想像しますが臓器を動かすのも筋肉です。
私は酷い時で頭痛はもちろんのこと、めまい、吐き気、浮腫み、胃痛、腹痛、呼吸が苦しいなど一気に襲ってきます。
筋肉の緊張が原因で肩こりはその症状であって「肩こり」と片付けない方が賢明です。
今の薬を飲み続ける事をお勧めします。

ノーマルのモスでも違う種類があるのかな？

メニエルの時はナウゼリンとメリスロンとかでした。
薬は詳しくないんですが、先生は絵を書いて何の薬かもおしえてくれるので助かります。（当り前かな？）
症状がおさまってきたので飲むのを
止めようかと思っていたんですが、
続けたほうがいいんですね！

モスはノーマルのウィローモスだけです。
CO2の添加を秒間１滴から2～3滴にしたのと、少しでも伸びたらトリミングするようにしたら
こうなりました。
トリミングはアク友からのアドバイスです。
効きますよ～～～～～♪
あと初めに巻く時はモスを薄めに、糸間を細かくするのがいいと思います。

透明の棒がついていて、本来ガーデニングに使うものらしいです。
（一応数日間水に浸してからおそるおそる水槽に投入しました）
ネイチャーから遠ざかっております。

Hmm is anyone else encountering problems with the pictures on this blog loading? I'm trying to find out if its a problem on my end or if it's the blog. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The other day, while I was at work, my sister stole my iphone and tested to see if it can survive a 25 foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My apple ipad is now broken and she has 83 views. I know this is totally off topic but I had to share it with someone!
